How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been shipped by us. Please contact us as soon as possible. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
How can I return my order?
Customers of RALcolorchart.com have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days after delivery of the order. As a customer you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You can return the order up to 14 days from the moment you have made use of dissolution.
To use the right of withdrawal, you can download our withdrawal form. We kindly ask you to state the invoice number, (possibly) the reason for the return, as well as your phone number and bank account number. We would like to receive the product(s) together with a printed, completed and signed withdrawal form at the address below:
