I want to file a complaint. How do I do that?

First, we advise you to inform us about your complaint by contacting us. If that does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur.

For consumers in the European Union, it is also possible to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. If your complaint has not yet been processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via this platform of the EU.
